Bulk Conversion Units - Oxygen offered comprises Rao’s Bulk Cylinder Conversion Units that find application for connecting bulk cylinders to anesthesia apparatus. We can make these available in two different finish types including 3675 – Oxygen. These conversion units find usage in connecting bulk cylinders to anesthesia apparatus. The complete unit comprises Regulator, a Pin Index Adaptor to fit on yoke of apparatus in place of service cylinder and 2 mtrs. High Pressure Tubing with ferrules.

Oxygen Flow meters offered comprise BPC Flow meters that feature as well as reliable finish. These BPC flow meters are constructed using latest technical improvements being made so as to ensure precise measurement of the flow. The available variety we can offer these in include BPC flow meter (X 1), 3010 – Plastic, 3041 - Brass Chrome, BPC flow meter (X 2), 3010 - Plastic (X 2). Here, the 3010 – Plastic option offered comes with rotary pin valve control so as to permit adjustment of flow rate to desired level which is between 0 - 15 ltrs/min. Further, the 3041 - Brass Chrome option offered is designed for overseas & domestic customers who demand BPC flow meters made from Brass. Other than these, the 3010- Plastic (X 2) option offered is suitable for use by two patients simultaneously through common supply point to both the beds.

Rotameter Units offered are made available by us in different finish specifications to choose from. The range includes Rotameter Unit (without tubes) where the differential pressure ‘P’ is created in main flow through Orifice plate in main pipeline that creates branch of flow moving through By-Pass line provided across orifice plate from upstream side to downstream side of Orifice Plate. Further, additional Orifice plate is also provided in By-Pass line designed in a way that creates flow through Orifice plate flows in proportion with flow through main orifice plate, thus allowing measurement of flow from By Pass line as well as allowing estimation of flow from main pipe line. Other than this, we also offer Rotameter Tube & Bobbin that comprises dual tapered calibrated tube at 20OC & 1013mbar abs. Further, the Bobbin Float features aluminum alloy anodized red finish with silver dot so as to provide for easy observation of rotation. Here, the operation of tubes can be confirmed through checking location of flowmeter bobbin as well as through observing rotation of the bobbin.

Oxygen Failure Alarm offered comprises precision designed and constructed range of O2 Failure Alarms for gas used in Anesthesia Apparatus. Providing functionality support as a battery operated controlled device, the offered alarm system is used in analyzing oxygen pressure and works as pneumatically controlled device that activates audio alarm for around fifteen seconds of time duration in cases where oxygen pressure in system falls to approximately 4.2kg/cm2.

Preset Regulators offered comprises Rao''s Preset Regulator that is made available by us in different operational finishes including in meeting the handling demands of oxygen & Nitrous Oxide gases used in anesthesia applications. Designed and developed for anesthesia apparatus only, these come with outlets featuring non-return valves so as to ensure there is not back flow of gases.
